Here is what you need to know about check-out this morning:

1) After breakfast, students take their belongings to their bus/van/vehicle/trailer.

​

2) Once their belongings are out of the dorm, they need to finish cleaning their room (and open all drawers and cabinet doors.)

​

3) We have to make sure all rooms and bathrooms are clean.

​

4) You will check each room for damage and make sure it is clean.  If it is, you can sign their card.  

 

Btw- We do not have vacuums, but if there is junk on the floor of their room, have them pick up even the little pieces of trash/junk off the floor. (5 min of picking up the small things on the floor is not too much to ask.)

4) After their card is signed, they can take it to the foyer to get their key deposit back.

5) If their room is not clean enough, dorm parents will ask YOU to come back and clean it. So make sure students clean it well.

​

6) If there is any damage, we want to tell OC about it, instead of OC telling us.  Make sure your dorm parent knows about it.  ALSO - please take a picture with the dorm and room number, and text it to 979-676-3993. 

 

7) After your rooms are cleared and students have turned in their keys, your group can meet up for one final group time. 

 

8) Our goal is to be to the Garvey Center around 9:45.  We will take a group pic in the Forum before our closing session in Baugh.
