Horizon Begins June 21!
We are so excited about Horizon and we can't wait to see you on Sunday, June 21.

Prescription Medicine at Horizon:
If you need to take prescription medication at camp, that medicine must be turned in to the nurse. Students are not allowed to have medicine (prescription or over the counter) in their dorm room.
Parents need to fill out a Medication Check-In Form if their son/daughter has prescription medication. Click here to open and print this form: Horizon Medication Check-in Form
Please put the form and the prescription medication (in its original prescription bottle) in a 1-gallon ziplock bag and turn it in to your youth minister or the camp nurse.

Camp Mail:
You can email your son/daughter at camp. We will print it off and deliver mail on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We will stop accepting letters at 11am on Thursday, June 25.

If You Need to Reach Your Son/Daughter at Camp:
Because we ask students to not have phones at camp, this can be difficult if a situation comes up in which you need to talk to your son/daughter. If you need to talk to them, please reach out to your son/daughter's Youth Minister or group sponsor, and have them connect you with your son/daughter so you can talk. We do not want to make it difficult to reach your son/daughter. We just have learned from years of doing camp that having 400+ kids with a cell phones leads to distraction during worship and classes...loss of conversation and interaction between students...and late night prank calls throughout the night. Even when they are told to keep them put away or do not use them, they still are used and are a distraction.
So, please be respectful of the request to leave phones at home and let your Youth Minister or Group Leader know if you need to talk to your son/daughter. (Or your group can do what some groups do and students can check-in their phone when they check-in for camp, and the phones are kept safe by your youth minister but available if you need.)
If your son/daughter is coming as an individual camper, you can use the Contact Us form at the top of this website and we will find your son/daughter as quickly as we can and have them contact you.
